While we visited the antiques shows in Manchester, New Hampshire, we decided to make the trip even more interesting by staying at the Follansbee Inn in North Sutton. The inn is located beside Kezar Lake, which provides a beautiful and peaceful setting. The innkeepers, Denis and Kendall are welcoming yet not intrusive. The inn itself is large and accommodates the many visitors. What specifically drew me to the Follansbee Inn was the fact that I own 2 New England recipe books containing submissions from the inn. I was very curious to see this inn in person. The breakfasts are magnificent! They rival any Master Chef creations we have seen on TV. The breakfasts are served buffet style and there was plenty for all. I highly recommend this establishment for its marvelous breakfasts, convivial atmosphere, and peaceful surroundings. Travel time is a bit less than 1 hour to Manchester.
